1. Who runs SaintsPathway
SaintsPathway is operated by Gannie Gazmin, an individual publisher based in England and Wales, United Kingdom. It is an independent Catholic resource and is not an official publication of the Holy See, any diocese, or any registered charity or company.
2. Using the site
- You are welcome to read, save and share saint profiles for personal, non-commercial use. Please don't:
- Attempt to disrupt, scrape or overload the service.
- Republish substantial portions of our content commercially without permission.
- Submit false, defamatory or malicious content through any form on the site.
3. Accounts
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your password secure and for the activity that happens under your account. You may close your account at any time by emailing us.
4. Content and accuracy
We work hard to write about the saints carefully and honestly — see our Editorial Policy and Sources & Methodology. Even so, hagiography is a large field and errors are possible. We provide the content "as is" and do not guarantee that every detail is correct. If you notice an error, please let us know.
Where a story is a beloved devotional tradition of uncertain historical footing, we say so plainly. We do not present tradition as settled fact.
5. Suggestions you send us
If you submit a suggestion, correction or message, you grant us permission to read it, use it for editorial purposes, and (in the case of suggestions) potentially publish a saint profile inspired by it. We won't publish your name or email without your permission.
6. Copyright
Original editorial text and site design on SaintsPathway are © SaintsPathway. Public-domain works we quote remain public domain; quotations from copyrighted works are used under fair-dealing/fair-use principles and cited accordingly.
7. Availability & changes
We may add, remove or change features, and may need to take the service down for maintenance or security. We may update these terms; substantive changes will be noted at the top of this page.
8. Limitation of liability
SaintsPathway is provided as a free reader service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
